This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a lovely pool, and a great restaurant. I still remember when the staff brought me a cold drink on a hot day. I'll definitely be back for Christmas!

We loved wide ranging breakfasts and fabulous views!
It was in a central setting in a beach resort. Ate at Hola Taco, it's not too far from the venue.

Lovely breakfast, nice pool, good-sized room
For a 4 star hotel, we expected a bit more - shower did not work very well, staff were unhelpful.

WiFi connection inconsistent at best!!! Climbing into the bathtub for a shower is not ideal for those with mobility challenges!!! The pool could definitely use more shade to survive the heat!!!

Close proximity to Old Town of Hoi An
The shower pressure is appallingand needs to be seen to. Staff on reception are plentiful, but do not look too happy and at times appeared to be just going throug the motions. Staff in restaurants and bar on the other hand were mostly bubbly and happy and attentive. Rooms auto turn off the aircon and in summer heat this is really silly as we returned every day seeking some cool place. I certainly fouund their prices for Laundry and drinks ex mini bar to be ridiculously priced. If you want to charge 5 star prices your service must be at that standard. It is a very good 3 star hotel, not more than that I regret. I rfound 3 star hotels in Hue and HAnoi were far superior to the Hoi An Hotel.

A pleasant, open design, well maintained, friendly staff, close to the heritage area.
No real problems. A minor design complaint: in my second room, the bathtub was designed so that when I took a shower, excess water had to flow out on to the bath mat. (That's probably my biggest complaint, and that's not worth mentioning. It's a fine hotel.)

The hotel is great, especially all the services available : swimming pool, sauna, fitness room... The breakfast is perfect and served in a really beautiful place.
Desk clerks are cold and not really friendly. The first night, they mistook and gave us a twin room instead of a double one. When we checked out after 3 nights, they charged us some food from the mini-bar we never ate : for a 4 stars hotel it's a shame. Finally, wifi was not available from our room.

Spacious hotel, beautiful grounds, with a fantastic outdoor swimming pool that provided a perfect escape from the bustling town, alongside the attentive poolside snack bar offering great local snacks during our relaxing days.
Couldn't fault.

It was clean, renewed and good value. Close enough to the city centre. Nice pool and breakfast was good. The ambiance of the hotel was very friendly and the historic building was well kept.
Too many groups of tourists.
